Since 1985 John D. Braswell has served as President and Owner Broker of Full Service Real Estate, Inc. Effective February 2010, his real estate company logo and website are officially known as www.FastSaleBestOffer.com with links to www.fsbosp.com. Fsbosp is an acronym for Fast-Sale-Best-Offer-Short-Pay. He obtained his Certificate for Short Sales and Foreclosures Solutions in 2008. He is the Developer of the 90 Day Success Timeline system which provides a solution to the real estate delinquent payment and foreclosure situation. Initially, he successfully implemented this system with For Sale By Owners; and currently, he is using the 90 Day Success Timeline system with Short Sales and Foreclosed Properties. With over two decades in the real estate market, his broad list of experiences includes both residential and commercial real estate, loan mortgages and brokering, property management, and property acquisitions. He assumes the role in all aspects of real estate transactions: finance, negotiations, management, exchanges, taxes, planning, and accounting. Earlier in his career, he served in the U.S. Navy and the Los Angeles Police Department. He served in various leadership positions as President of the Board for a non-public school system, and served on boards with American Legion Post 32 and VFW Post 2601. His real estate passion and objectives are to implement the 90 Day Success Timeline—first in Colorado counties, then nationwide. The 90 Day Success Timeline real estate system will provide a profitable and easy process for the banking and mortgage industry which would curtail the residential and commercial delinquent payment and foreclosure situation.
